How long before my wedding do I need to allow in order to have a London Collection or a Bespoke dress made?
Creating a beautiful unique dress takes time. We begin the process with a toile version of your dress and follow this with silk fittings to ensure a perfectly made-to-measure dress. We recommend that you allow four to eight months but we are able to work with less time if necessary, so please ask. Timescales vary depending on the time of year and style of dress.
How long are appointments and do you charge for them?
We offer an hour and a half for initial viewings and 45 minutes for a second look. There is no charge for these initial appointments.
Can I bring friends and family with me?
Yes of course, although in our experience bringing more than three guests can lead to confusion.
Do I need to bring anything with me for my viewing appointment?
Any references or ideas are useful if you have particular thoughts about the style and design of dress you would like. A strapless bra is always helpful but not essential.
I have decided on a design I would like, what happens next?
A 50% deposit will be payable to secure your order, then we will arrange a fittings schedule. The payment balance is due two weeks before you collect your dress.
